Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

  1. Processing time
    Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment.
  2. Delivery time
    New Zealand: 5–10 business days
    Shipping is handled by New Zealand Post.

All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to your parcel during transit.

Where is my parcel?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your order through the tracking page on our website — simply click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu.

For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels.

My tracking number isn’t working
Tracking information may take up to 5 business days to update.
If your tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
